Sovereignty Is The New Sexy

Ladies, do you ever feel guilty for having time for yourself or doing something for you?

If so, you’re not alone. This is a theme I see in all of the women that I work with.

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s time to really uncover generational conditioning.

Let’s take a look at the women in generations before us—moms, grandmothers, great grandmothers… it’s more prevalent to see women who are very self sacrificing, submitting, who overextend themselves and over give to make sure everyone else is taken care of, putting themselves last.

We're not really shown generations before us of women who are standing in their sovereignty, of women who take time for themselves and fill their own cup before giving to others.

Instead, we see women who are overly stressed, depleted, and living in self sacrificing patterns for the sake of everyone else.

I believe this is a huge part of the generational conditioning that we are here to unlearn in this lifetime.

This unlearning process consists of going within and recognizing beliefs head on, asking your spirit if this is truly YOUR belief, or if it's a conditioned belief that has been demonstrated to you your entire life and is now stored in your cellular memory as your own belief which is causing the guilt.

Remembering that in order to show up as your fullest self, in every domain of your life, (your family, your work, your relationships, your health) you must come from a full cup—you must have that time for yourself so that when others get you, they get the best of you.

Self sacrifice is old paradigm, and will leave you in cycles of depletion and guilt.

Let's initiate personal sovereignty. It’s the new sexy. 🔥

What is something you’e doing for YOU today?
